HTET 2026 अवलोकन
The Haryana Teacher Eligibility Test (HTET) is a state-level certification examination conducted annually by the Board of School Education Haryana (BSEH), Bhiwani. It is the mandatory qualifying prerequisite for teaching appointments in Haryana government and aided schools.
HTET is administered across three distinct levels: 1. Level 1: Primary Teacher (PRT) for teaching Classes 1 to 5. 2. Level 2: Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) for teaching Classes 6 to 8. 3. Level 3: Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) for teaching Senior Secondary Classes 9 to 12.
Qualifying HTET is strictly an eligibility criterion, enabling candidates to apply for subsequent teacher recruitment drives conducted by HSSC and HPSC. A minimum score of 60% (90 marks out of 150) is required for General category candidates to earn the qualifying certificate.
