Is CTET certificate valid for lifetime?
Yes. Since 2023, CTET certificate is valid for lifetime — no need to reappear.
What is CTET passing marks?
60% (90 out of 150) for General/OBC/EWS. 55% (82 out of 150) for SC/ST/PwD.
Is CTET mandatory for government teaching?
Mandatory for Central Government schools (KVS, NVS). States accept CTET or their own TET.
